Agreement to Terms of Use
These terms and conditions of use (“the terms of use”) apply to the Milk Lane website located at www.milklane.com.au (“the website”).
By using this website, you agree to these terms of use; if you do not agree, then Milk Lane asks that you do not use the website.
Ordering
How to order including payment options
Orders can be made via the Milk Lane website or by manual order form which can be emailed to info@milklane.com.au. Payment online can be made using PayPal and on the manual order form using PayPal, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will notify you using the contact information you provide when you place an order. Full refunds will be provided for any orders cancelled by Milk Lane.
Delivery
Cost – local, national, international
The following rates apply to your order:
Orders for delivery within Australia
Under $250 – flat rate of $9
Over $250 – flat rate of $13
Orders for delivery outside Australia
All orders will incur a flat delivery rate of $25
Timeframe
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the order being received unless otherwise specified in the product description. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays in the delivery of orders due unforeseeable circumstances (industrial actions, natural disasters etc).

We deliver to all parts of Australia and Worldwide.
Missing or damaged items
We take great care when packing your orders and all orders are checked before being sent. However if you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days to discuss the problem. If you have not received an order after 7 days of placing the order please contact us to trace your order.
Pricing
Currency
All prices are displayed in AUD and are inclusive of GST. All prices stated on the website are current however Milk Lane reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Returns and Exchange
Faulty good
We take great care when packing your orders and all orders are checked before being sent. However if you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days to discuss the problem.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange any product you must contact Milk Lane within 7 days and arrange for the product to be return to Milk Lane (at your expense) undamaged and in the original packaging. Once the item has been received Milk Lane will arrange for the replacement item to be sent, additional delivery costs will apply based on the rates stated above.
Privacy
Milk Lane respects your privacy and takes great care to protect all personal information you provide us. The information you provide will be used to process your order and to determine customer satisfaction in relation to the service provided. Milk Lane may release necessary information to third parties such as courier companies to assist with the processes of your order. We guarantee that we will not sell or exchange any personal information collected from you. When you place an order or sign up to be a member at Milk Lane your details will be added to our customer database where you will be sent emails from time to time to notify you of news, specials or sales. If you would like to unsubscribe from these emails please contact Milk Lane at info@milklane.com.au or simply click on the "unsubscribe" link at bottom of the email.
